Frozen Abalone - Black and Green Lip
Frozen (IQF) Australian Greenlip abalone is becoming more and more popular worldwide.
Dover Fisheries supplies frozen Greenlip in sizes of 1-2/LB, 2-3/LB and 3-5/LB, that is Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) and meat only without the shell. Australian Blacklip, Roei and farmed Greenlip are also available in frozen IQF form.
