Vacuum Packed Abalone
Heat sterilised vacuum packed abalone is fully cooked and ready to eat. The
abalone can be clearly seen through the bag with a shelf life up to 2 years.

This packing is to offer maximum retention of the abalone taste and flavour.
Vacuum packed abalone is preferred by both retail buyers and premium restaurant
catering.
Heat sterilised vacuum packs (blacklip species) are packed in the following
weight ranges and are generally shipped in 10kg master cartons.
